Warranty Policy

The following warranty policy covers products that are sold under the brand name of BLW, Mukita by BLW and ProRock Electronic. Other brand products that are sold by PBH Music Sdn. Bhd. are subjected to their own respective brand/distributor warranty policies, for more information please contact our customer service or send us a whatsapp message.

Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects except:

  • Any damage caused by accident, negligence, misuse, modification or improper maintenance of the instrument.
  • Any normal wear and tear, including but not limited to discolouration, fading or damage to original finish, worn frets, broken strings, tuners/machine heads, jacks, knobs, controls, switches, pickups, speakers, tweeter, woofer, drivers, vacuum tubes, corrosion or rusting of hardware and plating.
  • Any defects involving subjective judgements and opinions regarding characteristics of the instrument or wood grain characteristic or wood color.
  • Any instrument service by any person other than a technician from PBH Music Sdn. Bhd.

For items that are covered within warranty period, customers will bear the shipping cost to PBH Music Sdn. Bhd. The item must be securely packed and the customer is responsible for any damage caused during the shipping process. 

The repair cost and the cost of shipping the item back to the customer is covered by PBH Music Sdn. Bhd.

For non-warrantied items, all shipping charges and cost associated with the repair will be borne by the customer. 

For customers outside Malaysia, all shipping charges and cost associated with the repair will be borne by the customer.

  9. BLW Electric Guitars and Basses - 1 year
  10. ProRock Electronics Guitar Amplifiers - 3 months
  11. ProRock Electronics Public Address Products - 6 months
